You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

4. Are the shoes orthopedic or medically certified?

Our footwear is designed with comfort and everyday support in mind.

5. Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All prices on our website are shown in CAD, and most orders are delivered without extra charges.
If any import fees apply based on your region, they will be clearly shown during checkout.
